JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Contract

- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with all stakeholders to understand the roadmap and plan against the KPIs to avoid wasting any time on non-valuable projects.
- Measure the impact of the features developed on the business to help making decision based on data.
- Guide the team to achieve the department's revenue and customer base.
- Performance: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of commercial strategies and initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, business & technical performance.
- Commercial KPIs for all the department
- Manage and execute the balance score card KPIs
- Business cases creation and monitoring
- Financial Impacts: forecasting, and managing financial aspects of commercial operations.
- Study the visibility of any future product, service, or project.

Requirements:
- Handle the forecast budgeting & revenue plans during the year
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with all teams to align strategies and optimize performance.
- Market Research: Conducting market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Leadership: Leading a team of commercial planners and analysts to ensure effective execution of strategies and achievement of targets.
- Risk Management: Identifying risks and developing mitigation plans to safeguard commercial interests.
- Manage the auditing agencies to always audit the business end to end (Medpush & 3rd eye)
- Reporting: reports to track the performance of the department
- Planning the reporting for any small and big project to track the performance
- Working closely with finance in any financial reporting needed
- Handle the planning of reporting in any sprint before going live.
