JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Company Manager / Managing Director to lead a prestigious law firm based in Riyadh. This role calls for a visionary leader who can drive the firm's growth, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional client service in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the law firm to achieve business goals and sustainable growth.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of all departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and business plans that align with the firm's objectives and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to enhance the firm's reputation and market position.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to promote profitability and operational excellence.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop senior management and legal professionals to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor industry trends and legal developments to ensure the firm’s competitive edge and compliance.
- Represent the firm at industry events, networking opportunities, and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within a leading law firm or professional services environment.- Strong understanding of legal industry operations, compliance requirements, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability in financial planning, budgeting, and resource management.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and maintain high ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; advanced qualifications or MBA preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable, with strong cultural awareness of the Riyadh market.
Salary:
SAR
40,000 to 60,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.
Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
