Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, within the Oil & Gas industry. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs to ensure that our operations adhere to legal standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the oil and gas sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and staff on compliance matters, including anti-corruption, environmental regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the oil and gas industry, and ensure timely updates to compliance programs and training materials.
- Lead compliance training initiatives to ensure that all employees are aware of compliance policies and procedures, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
- Investigate compliance-related incidents and coordinate responses, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented and documented appropriately.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, HR, and operational teams, to integrate compliance best practices into business processes.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to the executive team and board of directors, highlighting key compliance risks, issues, and progress on corrective actions.
- Engage with external regulators and auditors, responding to inquiries and facilitating inspections as necessary.
- Develop and maintain compliance metrics to measure the effectiveness of compliance programs and initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, finance, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management within the oil and gas industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, including but not limited to environmental laws, health and safety standards, and anti-corruption legislation.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs that effectively address regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions based on compliance assessments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred, with strong report writing and presentation skills in both languages.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical judgment, with a commitment to fostering a culture of compliance and accountability within the organization.
- Willingness to travel periodically to various operational sites within Saudi Arabia and potentially internationally.

Salary:
SAR 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
