JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Overall responsibility for vibration analysis to investigate, troubleshoot rotating equipment problems.
- To build/review equipment database in the software, and schedule measurement routes all equipment.
- To investigate, troubleshoot and prepare action notes for problematic rotating equipment.
- To monitor the critical equipment using online condition monitoring system.
- To perform in-situ Dynamic/Static Field Balancing jobs.
- To identify and analyse technical details of customer's requirements and to communicate these clearly and accurate to both the customer and the SKF organisation.
- To support reliability reviews on machines and equipment
- Provide solutions to customer application problems in support of customer’s maintenance agreement.
- To be responsible for customer relationship management at the engineering level.
- To participate in the execution of Root Cause Analysis of the customers' application.
- To follow site instructions and procedures; to report Environment Health and Safety (EHS) risks and EHS related incidents; to follow quality specifications and requirements, and identify quality risks and opportunities for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in using portable data collectors/analyzers and Asset Management software.
- ISO 18436-2 Category III certified Analyst
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Machinery Diagnostics and Analysis preferably in Oil Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, or Power Industry
- Good rotating machinery knowledge is essential
- Coordination & communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Preferably applicant with transferable IQAMA
