JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Westlakes Recruit is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Saudi National) to join a leading project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. If you're passionate about overseeing high-profile builds and delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take full ownership of project delivery, including cost, schedule, quality, contracts, and reporting.
• Lead project development from concept through to completion across multiple assignments.
• Oversee scope development, budget management, and construction contracts for each project.
• Manage and coordinate consultant invoices, contractor pay applications, and change orders in collaboration with the Control Manager.
• Attend and lead weekly project meetings, ensuring documentation and progress reports are consistently delivered.
• Resolve complex construction issues and disputes with a proactive approach.
• Monitor project scheduling and cost control metrics to ensure alignment with delivery targets.
• Represent the client and company professionally in all communications and meetings.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workstreams efficiently.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing major construction projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, tools, and materials.
• Financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and making cost-effective decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
• Preferred: Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager).
