Design, lead, and manage the procurement transformation plan.
* Report quarterly and annually to the executive committee.
* Lead continuous development programs for the department.
* Ensure compliance and regulation.
* Lead cost-saving initiatives.
* Oversee day-to-day procurement activities.

REQUIREMENTS
* The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of experience, with the past eight years gained specifically through work on construction projects.
* Due to Saudiasation, this role is open to Saudi Nationals.
