SERVPRO Team Fosdick is the premier restoration and reconstruction company in Northeast Ohio. We have expanded our operations to include 13 franchises in the Cleveland, Akron, Mansfield, and Toledo areas. Due to our recent reconstruction growth, we are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized construction project manager.
The construction project manager is a key member of the reconstruction team who is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute reconstruction projects. In addition, the construction project manager is responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in reconstruction services.
Primary responsibilities
- Project initiation – responsible for the evaluation and selling of projects for both residential and commercial clients.
- Project planning – identify and document the project scope of work, review estimates, communicate with clients, and review budgets.
- Project execution – create project schedule and timelines, identify and qualify subcontractors, negotiate terms, and conduct project reviews.
- Management of staff – conduct performance reviews, provide training and mentoring, and lead team meetings.
- Customer satisfaction – provide world-class customer service through regular communication and follow-through. Includes management of all warranty activities.
Requirements
- Understanding of the construction industry and processes is a plus.
- Xactimate and general insurance industry experience.
- Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
