JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join our team in Academic Government Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert surgical care to patients seeking plastic and reconstructive surgery. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art medical facility and make a significant impact in the field of plastic surgery.
Responsibilities:
- Performing a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to breast augmentation, facelifts, rhinoplasty, liposuction, and reconstructive surgeries.
- Conducting thorough patient consultations to discuss treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment planning.
- Providing post-operative care, follow-up consultations, and managing any complications or revisions as necessary.
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies.
- Participating in medical research, publications, and educational activities within the field of plastic surgery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Mbbs/Dnb/MS/Mch Medical degree from a recognised institution and completion of a plastic surgery residency program.
- Board certification in plastic surgery and a valid medical license to practice in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon with a strong portfolio of successful surgical cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, colleagues, and support staff.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
