JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
One of my clients is looking for Consulting Manager- Financial Services Industry to join their team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have experience in Banking Industry, Consulting firms, or Banking Software Companies, so that they can help the clients achieve their strategic vision.
Experience required:
• Experience of working within a retail bank environment
• Experience of implementing technology solutions to business problems
• Experience of target operating model design or business processes re-engineering.
• Has implemented core banking system with a focus on trade finance operations.
• Ability to work with senior clients and propose creative solutions to banking problems
• Candidates should have experience in leading a team on a significant business or IT change program and involved in business development activities front line and back office
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• 5-8 years working experience
• University Degree
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Experience in any one or more of the following:
- Core Banking Solutions,
- Program/ Project Management in large scale transformation projects,
- IT Strategy,
- Credit/ Card/ Payment experience,
- Islamic Banking
- Risk Management
