The P&C Manager will deliver value to our clients by helping them to address complex people related issues, deliver on a sound HR strategy, achieve sustainable results and demonstrate real value. The P&C Manager will be expected to do the following:
- Identify business opportunities for the P&C practice and work closely with industry and business unit teams to deliver x-LoS engagements;
- Showcase in-depth one or multiple industry expertise.
- Work closely with clients senior leadership team and be seen by clients as the programme leader and a subject matter expert;
- Advise clients on strategic people related matters and drive PwC team to design and deliver solutions that can help transform clients organizations;
- Supervise the delivery of multiple P&C engagements and provide coaching to Project Managers
- Define engagement budgets and manage project commercials to ensure profitability.

REQUIREMENTS

- Masters Degree in HR or related subject; or MBA from a well recognized university
- A mix of engineering and MBA/MHRM is an option
- CIPD, GPHR or equivalent is preferential
- 7- 10 years of Experience
- Working in a consulting environment; or in a project based organization
- Big 4 firms or Strategy houses
- Experience in the Middle East

Skills:
- Ability to conduct organization structure assessment
- Ability to conduct HR function effectiveness assessment and benchmarking
- Ability to design structural options and operating models using leading practice design principles
- Ability to define organizational functional roles
- Ability to advise clients on Corporate governance and management structures
- Ability to develop HR strategies and policies, processes and procedures
- Ability to advise clients and design solutions to address Talent Management challenges including Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Employee Performance Evaluation, Learning & Development, Succession & Career Path Planning, Nationalization
- Ability to design Reward strategies covering executive pay and incentive schemes
- Ability to conduct strategic change management and communication activities
- Ability to conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with senior client leadership
- Ability to manage project commercials
- Ability to drive and coach delivery project delivery team
- English is essential
- Arabic is preferential

Travel across the Middle East will be required regularly
