Contract Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Required to join an established construction company in Saudi Arabia. They have a strong pipeline of work and and are expanding rapidly. They require a Contract Administrator to join the team in Jeddah.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts related to construction projects.
• This includes reviewing, drafting, negotiating contracts, preparing contractual correspondence, as well as ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• You will work closely with your direct manager, project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and facilitate smooth project execution.
• Additionally, you will maintain accurate contract records, track contract milestones, and assist in the preparation of contract-related reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in Engineering
• Fluent in Arabic & English
• 5+ years’ experience in a contract administration role
• An excellent knowledge of FIDIC forms of Contracts amongst other standard and bespoke contract forms used by Clients,
• Able to review and analyse contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal requirements and project specification.
• Able to draft, prepare, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and other contractual documents;
• Excellent communications skills
