JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Required to join an established contractor working on building and civil engineering projects on NEOM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts related to construction projects. This includes reviewing, drafting, negotiating contracts, preparing contractual correspondence, as well as ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.

You will work closely with your direct manager, project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and facilitate smooth project execution. Additionally, you will maintain accurate contract records, track contract milestones, and assist in the preparation of contract-related reports.

Requirements:

• A degree in civil engineering or similar
• 5-10 years working as a contract administrator / engineer for contractors in the Middle East
• Excellent contractual knowledge ie FIDIC
• Fluent in English
• Currently in Saudi Arabia and able to transfer Iqama

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
