JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Your main tasks are:
- Assessment and preparation of contractual risks and forecast problems in project contracts
- Representation of the owner, e.g. prepare claims and follow up with answers
- Check of insurance policies and bank guarantees
- Follow up with preliminary and final handover
REQUIREMENTS
Your qualifications are:
- Academic and practical familiarity with engineering side and legal side of the project
- Academic degree in an engineering field and preferably in contract or engineering law
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering and construction sites
- At least 5 years of experience in project and contract management
- Fluently in English
