JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

You will be working as a Contract Administrator in Saudi Arabia on an infrastructure project.

• Take commercial & contractual responsibility for an infrastructure project.
• Must be able to plan, develop, and supervise all project cost functions ensuring that all project cost activities, budgets and forecasts comply with company and client requirements.
• Client facing role, liaising closely with both internal and external teams.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience / Qualifications
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Middle East experience is essential
• Must have experience with well recognized, blue-chip construction organizations.
• Must be able to demonstrate longevity in previous work history.
• 10 years Contracting experience
• Single status preferred
• Major construction exposure
