Overview

We are seeking a Contract Advisor to join the Project Controls Group of CS Projects Department. The Project Controls Group is responsible for providing support to all concerned Divisions related to Project Cost Control, Scheduling Control, Contracts Administration and Reporting Projects KPIs. The Contract Advisor primary role is to work as the Contract Proponent representative in the construction procurement cycle, and conduct compliance review for all active contracts as per the guidelines and approved manuals.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:
Handle procurement development and execution of diverse contractual actions using sounds business judgment to achieve optimal commercial outcomes in a timely manner, review and prepare contract negotiation using data-driven approach, conduct risk management analysis in various commercial and contractual activities, provide guidance and brainstorm with fellow teammates on unique contractual challenges or opportunities, and conduct compliance review of all active contracts periodically.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements

- As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar from a recognized and approved program.
- MBA degree is preferred.
- You will have at least ten years' experience in construction contract administration.
