Overview

We are seeking a Contracts Advisor who's primary role is to develop and procure contracts in the respective administrative area. The CA will work closely the internal departments and external entities to support all the functions of the contract procurement.

The Digital Transformation Department (DT) is responsible for providing AI-powered solutions to various business functions within Aramco. The solutions leverage the latest technological advancements of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and analytics to create business values across the value chain. The DT organization will be a center of excellence in Saudi Aramco for Artificial Intelligence technologies and data science.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop/ review different types of contracts/agreements for the projects.
- Administer the contracts and ensure all terms and conditions are implemented by all projects.
- Implement Saudi Aramco Procurement Manual for all contracts and consciously monitor implementation.
- Develop/review negotiation strategies for procurements
- Participate in negotiation meetings for all procurements
- Develop/review contract amendments
- Assist in some administrative contract functions.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, MIS, and Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 6 years of experience within specialized scope of work development especially in the disciplines of Information Technology and Digital Transformation.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and no second language is required.
- Certifications include: CIPS, ISM, APICS.
