Contracts / Commercial Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a highly skilled Contracts / Commercial Manager to work for a leading main contractor on a hotel development project in Riyadh, KSA.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contracts related to our construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maximizing the company's financial and operational performance.

Responsibilities:
- Negotiating and managing contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Reviewing and analyzing contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements
- Evaluating and mitigating potential risks associated with contracts
- Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure contract deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Resolving contract disputes and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
- Monitoring and reporting on contract performance and financial metrics
- Staying updated on industry regulations and best practices related to contracts and procurement

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Proven experience on Commercial Builds, Towers, Malls etc
- Proven experience working as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, preferably in KSA.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law, contract management principles, and procurement processes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex contract terms and conditions
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications
