Description

* Plan, manage, and oversee the daily functions, operations, and activities of the Procurement and Contracts team, ensuring comprehensive procurement, contracts and warehouse programs and operations.
* Participates in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for the division
* Continuously monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of assigned programs, service delivery methods, and procedures.
* Assess and monitor workload, administrative, and support systems, and internal reporting relationships.
* Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for improvement.
* Participates in the development, administration, and oversight of division budget.
* Determine funding needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies
* Ensure compliance with budgeted funding.
