JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Responsible for preparing Oriental and Western Cuisines or according to employers tastes, handling all meals for the family.
• Stock, organize, and clean kitchens and cooking utensils.
• Shop for or order food and kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Serve meals and snacks for the family and their guests.
• Plan menus according to employers needs and diet restrictions.
• Plan and prepare food for parties, holiday meals, luncheons, special functions, and other social events.
• Direct the operation and organization of kitchens and all food-related activities, including the presentation and serving of food.
REQUIREMENTS
• University Qualifications: Hotel and Restaurant Management/Hospitality
• Nature and length of previous experience: at least 2 years experience
• Age Range: 25-45
• Gender Preference: Male
• Language Fluency: English, Arabic
• Current Location: Saudi Arabia
