JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join our leading law firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and commercial law, with experience working in a fast-paced legal environment. As a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, negotiating contracts, and representing clients in corporate and commercial legal matters.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on corporate and commercial law matters
- Negotiate and draft a wide range of corporate and commercial contracts
- Represent clients in corporate and commercial legal proceedings
- Stay updated on changes in corporate and commercial laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and risk management

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience working as a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages

Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.

Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.

A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
