JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Robert Walters is working with a fast-paced multinational within the Entertainment industry. We are looking to hire a subject matter expert in areas of employment and organizational performance management to ensure overall development.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Performance management: coaching and problem diagnosis
* Provide clear directions to meet company's standards
* Provide performance development plan
* Create prevention strategies
REQUIREMENTS
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 of experience within performance management
* Bachelor's degree
* Knowledge of ministry employment law
* Knowledge of investigate procedures
