JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Linum Consult’s client is an established engineering services and consulting company currently seeking a Corporate Quality Manager to support the development and implementation of the quality management policies, procedures, and tools across the company. This role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with the programme management team on the development and implementation of action plans to maintain the ISO quality management certification
• Managing the documentation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System
• Supporting concerned departments in the establishment of quality procedures and achieving overall quality objectives
• Monitoring the execution of periodic quality audits to check the compliance to quality policies and procedures
• Identifying quality non-conformance issues, summarising findings in periodic quality audit reports, and recommending corrective action plans
• Preparing proposals and prequalification for the company on all matters related to quality, HSE, and other systems
• Delivering quality training and awareness to employees

REQUIREMENTS

PROFILE

• Degree qualification in engineering
• Between 8-12 years of experience in a quality management function within a design/engineering consultancy
• Demonstrable history of developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and tools
• Excellent technical knowledge of quality certifications, compliance requirements, and audit programmes
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Excellent spoken and written English, with good communication skills
