JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate & Regulatory Lawyer to join our prestigious International Law Firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex legal matters and provide expert advice to clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate and regulatory matters to clients in various industries.
- Advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and other corporate transactions.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support the development of legal strategies and solutions for clients.
- Participate in negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolutions on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated on changes in corporate and regulatory laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and provide guidance to clients accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal issues and provide proactive legal support.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university, with a strong academic record.- Admitted to practice law in in a recognised jurisdiction, with a valid license to practice as a lawyer.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate and regulatory law, preferably at an international law firm or reputable corporate legal department.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate and regulatory laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia, with a strong understanding of their practical application.
- Proven track record of handling complex corporate transactions and regulatory matters with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment, with a high level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, with the ability to draft legal documents and communicate effectively in both languages.
Salary:
SAR
35,000 to 50,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.
Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
