JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Develop and prepare Maintenance Divisions operating budgets and cost estimates in coordination with Routine Maintenance Team and Contract Admin Leader. Participate in setting financial Key Performance Indicators for Maintenance Divisions and report on their performance or a regular basis. Monitor actual expenditures versus planned budgets and forecasts and prepare deviation reports with explanations to the Contract Admin Leader. Review Contractor’s cost reports and work progress and provide comments and recommendations to budget holder.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical/ Vocational Diploma or, Associate Degree in the related field. Strong knowledge of maintenance services budget and cost control. Ability to monitor all cost aspects of maintenance services. Conversant with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
