JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Required to join a Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia managing large scale prestigious real estate projects. The successful candidate will take responsibility for commercial / cost management of the project. Ensuring contractual requirements are being met, cost / financial management to ensure the project is a success.

Requirements:

- A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Experience of working in the facilities management industry
- A proven track record in the cost management of FM contracts
- Willing to work in a remote location

Salary:
SAR 18,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: accomodation, food, medical, flights
