JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Client is a leading contractor who works on major construction projects all over the world and are currently working on a major project on the NEOM development in Saudi Arabia. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced cost controller responsible for Control and monitor the Cost of the Project:
- Prepare the Budget every 4 months including: breakdown cost, direct cost, indirect cost, etc.
- Estimation of forecast cost along the Project- controlling the adjustment between the planned costs and those actually incurred in the different production phases, in accordance with the budgets set by the Management Committee
- Monthly Cost report with analysis of deviation in time and cost
- Variations from client: cost impact analysis
- Subcontractor: analysis of claims, invoice proposal assesment
- Staffing Plan
- Payment application to client
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should have a degree in civil engineering or a similar subject and should have a proven background of working in cost control on construction projects in the middle eas region. Candidates should ideally be able to use SAP and primavera software.
