JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Taking overall responsibility and to lead effectively the cost control function on the project.
• Implementing policies, guidelines to establish appropriate cost control practices for the company.
• Preparation and maintenance of accurate schedules, compliant estimates, budgets for the project, maintain project cost and work, fund management & reporting.
• Setting up cost control procedures and cost breakdowns for follow up and control.
• Monitoring progress for the purpose of payment certificates preparation, record running costs, compare to budget Project cost control and accounting.
• Forecasts and report to management on a regular basis.
REQUIREMENTS
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of best cost estimation practices
• Must have worked on Mega projects including infrastructure, civil, construction value more than US $ 300 Million
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering, construction management, or an equivalent degree.
