Cost Manager / Senior QS - Client Side

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our Client is a leading European Project Management Company. They are currently involved in construction project management of a number of medical facilities in Saudi.

They require a cost manager to add to their team, in their main project office in Riyadh.

Typical Duties:
- Developing and maintaining estimating and cost control and reporting standards and procedures
- Preparation and maintenance of the project cost break down structure, budget and integrated cost report and cashflow
- Analysing and reporting on Consultants and Contractors cost reports and cashflows
- Preparation of monthly and weekly reports
- Preparing and making presentations

REQUIREMENTS

- BSc in related subject or equivalent experience
- 10 years post graduate experience
- Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of building projects
- Experience in conceptual estimating, cost planning, financial accounting, expenditure profiling, cost reporting and forecasting costs at completion
- Ability effectively monitor and analyse cost, identify trends and recommend corrective actions
- Experienced user of MS Office, advanced MS Excel user and Primavera Contracts Manager
- Excellent report writing skills
- Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage
- Fluent English both written and spoken
