Job Description & Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interface Manager/ Senior Manager with a strong background in architecture. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of Urban Planning and/or Masterplan coordination particularly in megaprojects.

1 year - to be renewed upon Client's request

Years of Experience: 10-15 years

Work Condition:
2 weeks at client location followed by one week working remote

Responsibilities:

- Lead the Masterplan Interfacing Activities
- Ensure the coordination between the different workstreams in the development
- Ensure all changes across different workstream are reflected in the masterplan
- Maintain a change tracker and develop timelines to ensure implementation
- Create project briefs and RFPs to related design tasks when required
- Prepare and produce design presentations in various formats including PowerPoint, etc.
- Liaise with the team, sectors and the internal and third-party professionals to ensure all requirements are met in the masterplan
- Ensure compliance of deliverables against scope of works and contracts.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

- 10-15 years experience in Urban Planning and/or Masterplan coordination particularly in megaprojects.
- Strong communication, presentation and reporting skills.
- Strong technical stakeholder management.
- Possess a general working knowledge in the project life cycle.
- Strong design and project management experience.
- Strong understanding of the Urban Design, infra and Landscape scopes and the synergies and overlaps in between.

Education:

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as Architecture, or any related discipline.
