We are seeking a Customer Care Officer to provide an exceptional experience for members and visitors, professionally handling their inquiries and needs to ensure satisfaction and strengthen the club’s positive image. The role will also support the daily operational processes related to registrations, memberships, and ongoing customer engagement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and in-person reception.
  • Explain available services, training programs, and membership options.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address feedback and complaints professionally to ensure a premium experience.
  • Operate and monitor communication channels through the Bevatel system to ensure effective call center management.
  • Escalate cases that require higher-level intervention in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Document interactions in the system and prepare daily reports on customer feedback.
  • Contribute to achieving the club’s customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • Saudi nationality.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (experience in the sports sector is preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and cloud-based systems (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
  • Familiarity with call center management systems (Bevatel or similar platforms).
  • Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
