JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities

* Ensure that the Order to Cash process exceeds customers' expectations in terms of Customer Experience and cost efficiency
* Proactively manage 3PL in terms of SLA, making sure that the partners deliver a superior D&I Customer Experience
* Guarantee the achievement of sales objectives, liaising proactively with sales so as to identify and reduce backlog slippage and minimizing revenue deviations
* Ensure the continuous improvement of logistic costs and stock optimization and that Order to Cash is lean, effective and efficient
* Ensure proper Invoicing process, in compliance with local with fiscal law compliance and IFRS Group Revenue Recognition policies
* Support Country Manager to develop reliable and accurate sales forecasts (Month/Quarter/FY)
* Guarantee precise and timely orders process and portfolio order management, assuring data quality, consistency and reliability
* Guarantee an effective Customer Claim Management ensuring proactive and effective solutions to customer complaints
* Responsible for ensuring proper Governance and Compliance of the Order to Cash Process
* Build a solid, robust, right-sized, competent, customer oriented and engaged team
* Ensuring a premium Customer Experience through proper management of order fulfillment, delivery and installation
* Assuring the proper governance and compliance of the 'Order to Cash' flow to the Company Policies, Sales Terms and Conditions as well as local fiscal requirement for invoicing
* Planning, directing and coordinating all activities relating to the importation and delivery of products and accessories, ensuring adequate supply levels and timely distribution to meet market demand and maximize sales potential and inventory control

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

* 4-8 years' relevant experience in Customer Service and Logistics field
* Customer Caring and Customer orientation
* Experience in Warehouse, Inventory and Stock Management
* Demand planning & Forecasting
* Delivery & Installation processes
* Experience in Import/Export processes, custom duties
* Knowledge of SAP - advance SD module use
* Microsoft Office Advance User skills
* Financial skills and cost management
* Project Management
* Strong leadership which inspires colleagues and customers
* Hands on and willing to "play the game" on the field supporting the team
* Proactive and capable to act as being a change agent
* Team management with high degree of empathy
