JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are a UAE based recruitment company, currently seeking for a Customer Service Supervisor based in Red Sea Global, KSA for one of our clients Saudi Arabia which is a top provider of culinary and hospitality services for more than 40 years that is into Integrated Catering & Facilities Management.
The role is responsible in ensuring customer satisfaction & retention, providing professional customer support and laundry operation support based on SLA.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 – 5 Years of relevant experience
• Excellent English language skills
• Computer literate with good IT skills
• Legally entitled to work in Saudi Arabia for the activities required
• An ability to work to clearly defined objectives and to cultivate a team ethos
• Excellent people management skills and expertise
• Strong multicultural people management skills
• The ability to utilize all available resources effectively and efficiently
• Ability to work on own initiative and seek ways to improve the quality of service
• Flexibility and ‘Can-Do’ approach
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills
• Experience in IT & management systems
• Good HSE knowledge and awareness
Salary:
SAR
9,000 to 11,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
