JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Roles and Responsibilities:
• As a Data Governance Tech Lead, your role is centered around establishing and maintaining robust data governance frameworks within the organization.
• You will oversee the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders across various departments, including IT, legal, and business units, you will drive initiatives to improve data management practices and promote a culture of data stewardship.
• Your responsibilities also include monitoring regulatory requirements, managing data access and permissions, and leveraging technology solutions to support effective data governance and facilitate informed decision-making processes.
Requirements:
Experience - 8 to 12 yearsSkills:
• Data Governance Framework: Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of data protection regulations and industry compliance requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various departments and levels of the organization.
• Data Security and Privacy: Understanding of data security best practices and privacy principles.
• Data Management Tools: Proficiency in utilizing data governance tools and technologies to support governance initiatives and ensure data integrity and compliance.
