JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Perform data quality checks, validation, and reconciliation across core banking systems.
• Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and data validation processes.
• Identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and gaps; coordinate fixes with data engineering teams.
• Ensure accuracy of data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting datasets.
• Support UAT cycles by validating data flows and ensuring business rules are accurately implemented.
• Document defects, test results, and data quality dashboards.
• Work closely with business, risk, and compliance teams to ensure data governance standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer S.cience, IT, or related field• Strong SQL skills for data profiling and validation.
• Knowledge of ETL tools, data warehousing, and QA methodologies.
• Understanding of banking data domains (customers, accounts, transactions, payments) is preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
