* Submitting reports to the relevant department heads and management
* Finding meaningful patterns and trends in the analysed data
* Visualizing data in a meaningful, actionable and easy to comprehend way to support key stakeholders decision making
* Helping the management and other teams draw business goals and needs
* Establishing new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization
* Formulating procedural manuals for all departments
* Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company's missio
* Managing data mining by deploying and integrating state-of-the-art AI and Business Intelligence software / platforms like Sprinklr and real-time reporting platforms like Datorama, Power BI, Tableau etc.
* Hands on utilization of Google suite analytics and key social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin
* Ability to visualize the data such as Area Charts, Bar Charts, Heat Maps, TreeMaps, Scatter Plots, Gantt Charts
* Developing and managing business intelligence solutions (e.g. Digital Intelligence Hub) for the organization
* Providing reports through real-time dashboards and relevant office applications to improve business processes
* Analysing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation
* Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
* Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
