Job Description & Summary

Project Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage business restructuring projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Develop project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Oversee the project team, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure effective collaboration and project progression.

Client Interaction and Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to update on project progress, discuss challenges, and gather feedback.
Understand client's business needs and objectives, providing expert advice and solutions for business restructuring.

Strategic Analysis and Implementation:
Conduct in-depth analysis of the client's business processes, identifying areas for improvement or restructuring.
Develop strategic recommendations for business restructuring, including organizational design, process improvements, and cost optimization.
Guide and oversee the implementation of restructuring strategies, ensuring alignment with the client's business goals.

Team Leadership and Development:
Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge in business restructuring methodologies.

Requirements:
Core Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Work with a Tier 1 MBB or Big 4
- Slide design for an Executive Audience
- Stand alone and entrepreneurial

Experience:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on business restructuring or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex business restructuring projects.
- Exemplary stakeholder management skills
- Ability to design and run workshops and focus groups

Technical and Analytical Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients and team members.

Organizational and Project Management Skills:

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Adaptability and Innovation:

- Ability to adapt to changing business environments and challenges.
- Creative thinker with a knack for innovative solutions to complex business problems.

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and project needs.
- Professional consulting certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
