JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the project design management team across all project phases.
Lead the development and implementation of forward-thinking design management strategies that ensure quality, innovation, and efficiency.
Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to ensure alignment with project objectives, client expectations, and regulatory standards.
Oversee the integration of design intent through coordination with stakeholders, consultants, and construction teams.
Support business development efforts, including bids and proposals, by contributing design leadership and strategic insights.
Act as the primary point of contact for design-related issues with the client, authorities, and project partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects in the Middle East/KSA is essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of regional regulations, design standards, and sustainability practices.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary, collaborative environments.
