DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR - RETAIL & LEISURE

A market leader in the real estate and construction industry in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) is looking to bring on board a Development Director to join their team. The project is part of the government funded PIF & is a mix use development worth over 1billion Riyals. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a legacy project in line with the 2030 vision.

Job Role

The Director of real estate development is responsible for overseeing the planning, design and construction of new developments. Stakeholder management would be a very critical aspect of the role. You will work closely with architects, contractors and other professionals to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsible for the approved strategies and making sure objectives are executed to deliver the company projects with your strategies and business plan. You would manage and supervise the horizontal, vertical developments for this project including design review. The Director of Development is responsible for monitoring the time, budget, and approved specs for that project.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience working on large real estate companies in KSA
- BSc Civil Engineering Master's Degree would be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience in managing Mixed use Development Projects in the Middle East region.
- Highly analytical and a strong strategic player.
- Proven track record of delivery with a reputed developer on high value projects

Salary package is SAR 100,000-120,000 per month depending on experience + other family benefits including schooling.
