JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share in Saudi Arabia for the rental business.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in Saudi Arabia to identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the rental business.
• Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials to support business development efforts in Saudi Arabia for the rental business.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential clients in Saudi Arabia for the rental business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of rental projects and programs in Saudi Arabia.
• Manage and develop a team of business development professionals in Saudi Arabia to achieve targets and objectives in the rental business.
• Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership on business development activities and progress towards targets in Saudi Arabia for the rental business.
• Attend industry events and conferences in Saudi Arabia to build networks and promote the company's rental business.

REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a highly skilled Saudi national Director of Business Development, preferably with experience in the working in FMCG sector, mega projects and rental business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's growth in Saudi Arabia through the development and execution of business development strategies. This role requires a strong background in sales, marketing, and strategic planning, as well as a deep understanding of Saudi business culture and regulations.

Requirements:
• Saudi National
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or related roles in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies in Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge of local market trends and business opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
• Understanding of Saudi business culture and customs.
• Experience working with Saudi government entities and businesses.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to business development and sales in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in rental business is preferred.
• Experience of working in FMCG sector and mega projects such as Neom, Red Sea, etc. is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and attend industry events in Saudi Arabia.
