REQUIREMENTS

- The Digital Transformation lead for our client needs understand property, facilities and customer services, and the role that digitalization can play in a major real estate developer.
- Candidates must have had a major role in identifying IT modules, platforms etc that can transform the business from a very much manual basis to a fully digitalized one.
- We are looking for an IT specialist that has thorough knowledge of real estate operations.
- Your major task will be identify procure and implement systems across, lease management, property Management, customer services, helpdesk and CAFM.

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
There is NO income TAX in Saudi Arabia
This is NOT an IT role.
