JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job duties
- Responsible for leading the development and implementation of a vision and strategy
- Leads both franchise and company restaurants to grow sales, customer counts, margins.
- Builds market share within the company, by achieving franchise and company sales and customer count growth, both directly and through the effective management of operation managers.
- To achieve through attainment of operational excellence, brand protection, regular and appropriate facility reinvestment, implementation of new products, and execution of marketing strategies.
- Leads, plans, and implements system-wide projects which, positively affects change at all levels of field and restaurant operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and skills required for the job
- 8 years food industry experience relevant required.
- For expats, transferable iqama.
