JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As the Director of Organizational Excellence, you'll lead in creating, implementing, and maintaining quality systems and organizational excellence standards. Your role includes making sure we follow standards and rules, improving processes continuously, and promoting a culture of excellence across the organization.

- Lead the development and execution of organizational strategies for excellence.
- Implement quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and ensure compliance.
- Identify and implement best practices per international excellence standards.
- Stay current on industry standards and drive continuous improvement using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators, conduct audits, and manage risk.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders, lead change initiatives, and provide leadership to the team.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and present findings to senior management for decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS

- Experienced in quality systems and best practices, including ISO 9001.
- Understands standards like EFQM and KAQA, and can integrate quality management with broader excellence goals.
- Successful history in process improvement.
- Familiar with the industry, business model, and goals, able to align quality efforts with organizational needs.
- EFQM or KAQA certification is a must
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
