We are seeking a visionary and analytical Director of Revenue to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic revenue management initiatives to drive organizational growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with organizational goals and market conditions
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal data to optimize pricing and revenue generation
  • Lead and mentor a team of revenue management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement revenue-enhancing initiatives and processes
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on revenue performance and forecasts
  • Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities to drive growth
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in revenue management practices
  • Leverage cutting-edge revenue management tools and technologies to maximize organizational performance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in revenue management
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
  • Proven track record of enhancing organizational performance through strategic revenue initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and financial analysis tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and revenue optimization techniques
  • Experience in the Saudi Arabian market or similar regional markets is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across all levels of an organization
