Job Description

- Supports the hotels in all the Talent & Culture aspects and being the main points of contact for T&C related matters of hotels.
- Analyses the working procedures and discusses possible improvements with the hotels' T&C leaders and General Managers.
- Attends the important events organized the Ministry of Tourism or any other entity that has a business relation with Talent & Culture in KSA.
- Follows up with all hotels in KSA about the Localization initiatives and any other programs launched by the company.
- Plans hotels' visits and reviews when applicable.
- Support new hotels opening critical path by identifying the T&C requirements, manning, recruitment, and policies.
- Plans & executes hotels' annual Talent & Culture Audits.
- Maintains effective & healthy relationship with hotels and governmental entities.
- Ensures full adherence of all hotels with Accor Talent & Culture policies and practices.
- Strengthens the communication patters with all the T&C leaders in KSA and other country T&C leaders in the region.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of performance management & strategic planning.
- Strong hotels' Talent & Culture operational background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability of evaluating financial performances and profitability.
- Ideally Multi Properties Experience.

Additional Information

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (hospitality management, business management)
- Language Requirement: English and Arabic
- Result oriented
