JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is currently looking for Doucment Controller to work on the engineering and project management services in Al - Khobar office.
- Set up, copy, scan & file of documents, both physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
- Proficient typing and editing skills.
- Ability to work in an organized way and within time constraints as instructed by Superiors.
- Assist in preparing and managing documentation internally/externally .
REQUIREMENTS
Skills / Qualifications
Document Controller with minimum of 5 years of Document Control experience in offshore industry or similar industry and has experience working on a large to mega projects.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- The ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent administrative skills
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to function in a multicultural environment
- To enjoy working as part of a team
