Title: <br>Document Controller<br><br>Document Controller <br><br>LOCATION <br><br>Riyadh , Saudi Arabia <br><br>THE ROLE <br><br>Reporting t o the Document Control Manager responsible for document registration, issue control, transmittal, and distribution. <br><br>PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br><br>The project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages . <br><br>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES <br> - <br> Control drawings, specification, design records, standards , procedures, corr espondence, minutes of meetings and supplier documents , etc. <br> - <br> Document registration, issue control, copying, distribution and transmittal <br> - <br> Status r eport preparation and presentation <br> - <br> Co-ordination and support of Consultants and Contractors document controllers <br><br>EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE <br> - <br> Minimum overall relevant experience 8 years <br> - <br> Minimum relevant experience 3 years in the role <br> - <br> Minimum Regional Experience 3 years <br> - <br> Experienced user of internet-based document control systems preferred e.g. Aconex SharePoint <br> - <br> Experienced user of MS Office <br> - <br> Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage <br> - <br> Fluent English both written and spoken. <br><br>PERSONAL QUALITIES <br> - <br> Planning and Organising <br> - <br> Capable of working with minimal supervision <br> - <br> Communication <br> - <br> Team player <br> - <br> Strong customer focus <br><br>
