Document Controller

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My client is a leading international construction company who work on major projects all over the world. They are currently working on a major civil engineerin project near Tabuk and are looking to recruit an experienced document controller for the following.

- Copy, scan and store documents.
- Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts.
- Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
- File documents in physical and digital records.
- Create templates for future use.
- Retrieve files as requested by the clients
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS

- Candidates should ideally have a degree and must be able to demonstrate a successful career as a document controller in the civil engineering or construction industry.
- Middle East experience is prefered and candidates must have experience of using Aconex softwared
