JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a leading IFM specialist operating across the Kingdom. They are providing technical & cleaning services, security, and supporting offices across Saudi Arabia. Currently they are seeking for a Document Controller to be based in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. They control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects, or departments.
Contract Scope of works requirements:
- Developing and implementing a document control system for the program.
- Developing and delivering information management policies, processes, and procedures across the projects
- Providing communication and training to roll out the developed processes within the project
- Reviewing the information management function to deliver ongoing service improvement and the maintenance of quality standards.
- Developing and managing staff within the document control function
- Implementing a programmatic approach to document control
- Aligning the document control with other information requirements and mandatory compliance requirements.
- Ensuring all information is exchangeable, available, and usable by the relevant individuals.
- Reviewing continuously the availability common data environment (CDE) to ensure that the most appropriate and suitable system is in use across the program
- Establishing information management process and approach for use by the supply chain
- Providing supporting and enhancing a common data environment for use by the supply chain
- Linking to the BIM agenda and ensuring alignment of the common data environment to other information requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in document control in facilities or property management.- Associate degree or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Salary:
SAR
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
