Industrial complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job purpose

This position exists to perform preparation of base and detailed design drawings activities efficiently, in a timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key accountability areas

Preparation of detailed drawings
Create precise and comprehensive drawings for all mechanical parts using CAD software, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements and understand design intent, ensuring all aspects are accurately represented in the drawings.

Assembly layout development
Develop detailed assembly layouts for complete product parts, ensuring all components fit together correctly and are suitable for the manufacturing stage.
Review and refine assembly designs based on feedback from production teams to optimize manufacturability and assembly efficiency.

As-built drawings preparation
Create as-built drawings for manufactured products, documenting any changes made during the manufacturing process.
Ensure that as-built documentation is accurate and reflects the final product for future reference and compliance.

Tender drawings creation
Prepare tender drawings according to customer specifications, ensuring clarity and completeness to support the bidding process.
Work closely with project managers and sales teams to understand client requirements and incorporate them into the tender documentation.
