A leading talent acquisition company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated and experienced drilling rig foreman for a prestigious project in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee and manage drilling operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the drilling crew, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
- Manage all aspects of drilling operations, working closely with the drilling engineer and project management.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between various teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate drilling records and documentation.
- Resolve operational challenges and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to crew members.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with environmental and safety standards.
Requirements
Thirteen (13) years of relevant experience in drilling and workover operations including supervisory experience generally acquired by progression on a drilling or workover rig.

B.S. degree in engineering with seven (7) years of experience working in drilling and workover operations including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig.
Willing to live in remote areas in mobile camps.
